Shipping Policy for Jester Metalworks LLC

  • Order Processing: We process and ship orders within 3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom orders may take several days to complete.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods to choose from, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping times will vary depending on the chosen method and the destination address.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the chosen shipping method and destination address. You can view the shipping cost for your order before checkout.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We do not ship to certain international countries. Please contact us for more information.

Shipping Insurance:

We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for your order. Shipping insurance is not included in the standard shipping cost. If you do not purchase shipping insurance, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Returns:

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. To return an item, please contact us for a return authorization number. Once you have received a return authorization number, please ship the item back to us in its original packaging and condition.

Shipping times vary based on the availability of the item to be engraved, as well as the set-up time required for the engraving. The Average turnaround time is 3-5 Business Days preferred. We’re available by email and phone every step of the way, to ensure you get your order as soon as possible.
